SERV Ministries
SERV Ministries began in 2002. Patrick and Shari Bailey were commissioned and sent out by the Ocean Hills Community Church, San Juan Capistrano, California. SERV Ministries’ mission is to advance God’s Kingdom in the underserved and unreached tribal communities in Mindanao.
